Wayne Pickerill, long term Northland resident, is the Company Director for Fowler Homes Northland, and is based in the office at 63 Walton Street, Whangarei.
Fowler Homes has amassed over 1,000 plans and offers over 300 plans for you to browse through in the office, from 61sq/m to 428sq/m, with standard plans from our Award Series or individual design options, flexibility in design and specification, all of which come with a fixed price contract detailing every inclusion and allowance.
Because the options may seem daunting we offer free site visits so that we can then narrow down the vast range of options to a more manageable range of options for you to evaluate, which we can then fine tune to suit your individual requirements.
Our standard specification is higher than some other companies, we have not priced to be the cheapest, but to what most Northland people would expect and see as desirable in their new home, our first price is our best price, don’t be fooled initially with lower priced houses as these basic homes once upgraded to our standard will see you paying more than a Fowler Home.
Whilst the houses are priced based on our Award Series House Specification we expect that there may be some items you wish to change, which is expected and we regularly do so – without charging a premium, should there be any variations that you request along the way during construction we can accommodate most requests – also without charging a premium.
