1. Who benefits from the product and service you offer?
Everyone looking for flooring products! Rental owners, renovators, new home buyers (whether they be entry level or upmarket), building companies, commercial buildings either new or re fits, retirement villages, schools etc… We have a range of carpet available to suit anyone’s needs and budgets.
2. What are your main points of difference?
Our low prices would be our main point of difference. Our prices are minimised because:
• Our company manufacture the carpet that we sell in our Hamilton factory, which is how we have low prices because we are cutting out the middle man. In house manufacturing also means we have greater control over the manufacturing of the carpets which minimises manufacturing issues you may get when you buy carpet in from a supplier. NO QUALITY HAS BEEN SACRIFICED TO GET PRICES THIS LOW
• We have a mobile service which cuts down on overheads.
3. Do you offer a one stop concept?
Yes we do the lot – you benefit from our being able to measure, quote show samples and give a colour consultation on site in our initial visit to your home. Then we can organise installation right down to moving furniture if it is required by customer so that once job is complete the new carpet is ready to live on. Most people get us to organise installation but we are happy to sell supply only if people prefer and have their own layer. We can also supply vinyl (commercial or residential) and PVC Flooring (plank or tile look).
